•Digital innovation to improve administrative efficiency
1.Build a cross-domain, modular online project application system that supports the long-term national goal of net-zero carbon emissions.
2.Enhance platform maintenance and strengthen service stability and data security.

Implementation Focus and Rationale
In response to the trend of digital learning, this project aims to build the “Lifelong Learning Resource Platform” as a nationwide integrated platform that supports lifelong learning for all citizens. By incorporating digital tools and mobile functionality, it will align with the Ministry’s continued promotion of the concept “learning without boundaries, anytime and anywhere.”

In addition, in support of the national net-zero carbon emissions policy, the platform’s backend will include a “Project Application and Review System.” Through the establishment of standardized and flexible modules, internal administrative procedures will be gradually digitized, reducing the costs associated with repeated development of similar systems for individual projects.
